Reduce cost on your Toll Free Service 02. Dances With Wife 03. Tip Of The Week --------------------------------------------------------------------- *01 Reduce cost on your Toll Free Service Toll Free service is normally more expensive per minute than ordinary calls, but toll free service is a staple of every successful business venture. Increases in sales calls and actual turnover are significant enough that most companies elect to endure the high cost of Toll Free service in exchange for more customers and better customer relationship. It is pointless to argue the need for Toll Free numbers as a great sales vehicle. Instead the question is on how much are companies willing to spend for toll free service. Enhanced services such as voice mail and caller ID normally cost a few dollars every month increasing the gross cost of the service and relatively increasing the taxes and other surcharges involved. Customer support calls are important in establishing brand loyalty, but unless your company generates recurring revenue, customer support calls can be very expensive. The necessity of toll free numbers then becomes an argument and the issue of outsourcing becomes an option. Either way you still have to pay for the phone usage since most outsourcing companies charge this expense to their customer. The cost however is still the issue. Not all sales calls end up as actual sales, not all customer relationship calls end well and not all phone calls are actually welcome. The company paying for these unproductive calls is a set back that management has learned to live with. Enhancement on toll free services has enabled toll free to virtually duplicate the entire function of a half a million dollar PBX system at 1/100 the cost. Subscribers generally consider this a waste of features since most companies use a toll free number just as a stand-alone dial in number. Once these extra features are properly understood, they increase business. Toll Free service correctly using these features builds sales, customer relationships as well as a brand image, making it a one stop marketing machine. The question is, if a toll free provider can give you 3.8 cents per minute with extra features that can increase your effectiveness. Is it worth it to shift? Assuming that it does not cost anything to shift and you will be able to keep your own phone number, is that worth the hassle? If you also get a 30-day money back guarantee, would you be willing to try it? Toll Express can provide you these extra features that you need at prices that you would not believe, with a 30-day money back guarantee. Increases your effectiveness while saving money on those important calls. In business, a penny saved is penny made. This is just a comment and, hopefully, an analogy. I love to dance with my wife. We don't go out to the country club to dance, or even the local C&W dance hall, but we do listen to music a lot, of any nature, and when the mood hits, we dance - generally in our living room or in the kitchen, and generally barefooted. One of the interesting things about cheek-to-cheek dancing is that someone usually has to lead and the other has to follow. Another interesting aspect of that premise is that whoever leads produces either a graceful dance or an awkward display of toe stomping. However, if the person who is being led decides that he or she has had enough of this stumbling encounter, then he or she can either: A. refuse to dance; B. gently cajole, or; C. teach the leader better steps. Like dancing, there is a lot to be learned in dealing with any partner in business or in any business/customer relationship. One of the things I've learned over the years, dancing with my wife, is that the closer and more often that we dance, the more in sync and comfortable if feels. It takes practice and patience. Like I said before, I love to dance with my wife.
