Partnership *01 Partnership In business your relationship with your customers and fellow workers should be defined as a partnership. True partnerships are not only more economically rewarding but can endure more errors and last longer. In my mind there are several distinct elements to forming good partnerships. 1.Honesty Truth should be seen as a tool for growth, honesty mixed with compassion, creates trust. When relationships are based on trust, fear is removed and people will take the leap of faith that is sometime needed for true success. 2.Common Cause A common objective is needed; any time more than one person is involved. These objectives while almost never commutated in writing need to be understood. People working to a common goal are always more successful. 3.Balance Fair exchanges build relationships. Unfair exchanges might be profitable in the short term, but never work for long. While building a business based on partnerships might take more work than impermanent relationships. It can be well worth it. If you have any thoughts on this subject or any ideas that could be helpful to the others in this group send them to me (Chuck Arning) at chuck@inter800.com Banners?
